After last years successful first ever festival we have –

  • Increased the number of beers on offer to 55 which include the full range of different styles from dark mild’s through bitters and best bitters to porters, stouts and strong ales as well as traditional lagers.
  • In addition to which we will also have available a range of traditional Ciders and Perry’s for you to taste. (Details can be found via the link).

Festival Charity – Shakespeare Hospice

At the festival itself we use a system of pre purchased token cards which result in a “cashless bar”. Last year we encouraged people to donate any unused amounts to the Shakespeare Hospice rather than collecting the returns themselves. Together with the amount that we also contributed this resulted in us being able to present the Hospice with a cheque for £500.00. You may therefore be interested that we intend to operate this system again this year.

The Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) promotes safe and responsible drinking. We do not condone drinking and driving under any circumstances. If you find that you have consumed more than you thought because you enjoyed tasting the different beers then please use public transport or contact one of the local taxi firms, details of which can be found in the main entrance.

Please take the time to visit our sponsors web sites as they have been incredibly generous and helpful in making this event possible
